Empowering clients therapeutically to Successfully Manage their Lives, Emotions, Relationships, Studies, Careers, Future Constructs and Transpersonal Development.

 

Working from the comfort and privacy of my home in Eldoraigne, Centurion, I endeavour to assist my clients to find their own inner balance and serenity that heals the stress and emotional dis-comfort which they initially present when announcing themselves.

I am trained and experienced in Orthodidactics, Child Therapy, Parental Support and Family Therapy; as well as Career Guidance, Couple’s Therapy, Psychotherapy, Hypnotherapy, Regressive Therapy and Transpersonal Therapy. The ultimate aim of therapeutic intervention is to facilitate Positive Cognitive Mind-shift; Internal Locus of Approval and Creative Self-confidence. Transpersonal Psychology assists my clients in finding the Power of their Positive Intentions and enables them to Successfully Manage all Aspects of their Lives. I am also trained and experienced in Presenting Workshops. Currently my workshop training includes: Stress Management, Focussed Meditation as well as Reiki levels 2 and 3. I am in the process of researching and creating workshops for Conflict Management, Assertiveness Training, Substance Control and Life Skills Coaching.

In practising Transpersonal Psychology and Psychotherapy emphasis is placed on supporting people in finding harmony with their higher self and in growing spiritually. This facilitates spiritual growth as identifiable in any religious denomination of choice. Transpersonal development is accommodated by the new science of Quantum Physics where the influence of the human mind on the weaving of the tapestry of the universe is now explored. This exploration is currently opening up new vistas on man’s unlimited co-creative abilities. It also emphasises man’s responsibility to focus on positive, creative thinking as the way to create his own life as well as influence the lives of everyone else.

I am also a trained musician and experienced Teacher of Piano Music. The same principle of unlimited creative abilities defines my music teaching approach. In teaching piano music I utilise interpretational concepts which integrate clear musical imaging with specified techniques enabling a meaningful and enjoyable musical experience.
